How Our Programmes Are Structured
Every Kanya Thong programme follows a consistent educational arc, regardless of topic. We begin by building a shared vocabulary and establishing what participants already know. From there, we move into practical application — working through exercises using real figures from participants' own lives, with full respect for privacy. Each session closes with a reflection period and a concrete personal action item to take home.
Orient
Establish shared language, assess starting knowledge, and set expectations for the session.
Apply
Work through exercises and case studies using workbook materials, with facilitation support throughout.
Plan
Close with reflection, identify personal next steps, and leave with a clear intention to act on.
