Common Questions
Things People Often Ask
Who are these workshops designed for?
Our programs are thoughtfully built for adults in their 40s, 50s, and beyond who want to approach their finances with more confidence. No prior background in finance is expected — just a genuine interest in understanding your own situation better.
What does a typical session look like?
Sessions are held at our Phuket location in a small group setting, usually no more than 10–12 participants. The pace is relaxed, with time for questions and personal reflection. You'll receive printed materials and a workbook to take home.
Are the programs taught in English?
Yes, all programs are delivered in English. We welcome both Thai residents and expatriates living in Phuket. Where helpful, facilitators may provide supplementary notes in Thai for context.
How far in advance should I register?
We recommend reaching out at least two weeks before a session date, as group sizes are kept small. For the longer Financial Resilience Program, early enquiry is especially helpful so we can schedule sessions around your availability.
What is included in the workshop fee?
All fees cover instruction, printed course materials, a personal workbook, and light refreshments during sessions. For the multi-day programs, a follow-up check-in call is also included in the weeks after your final session.
Can I attend more than one program?
Absolutely. Many participants begin with the Debt-to-Income Workshop and later join the Financial Resilience Program as a natural next step. Each program stands on its own, but they work well together as part of a broader financial learning journey.
What is your cancellation policy?
We understand that circumstances change. Participants who cancel more than 7 days before a session receive a full credit toward a future date. We handle each situation with understanding — please contact us as soon as you know.
